Returns & Refunds Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the hedgehog or from when a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) took possession of the hedgehog.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us by sending a clear statement via email.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days after we receive the returned hedgehog. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the hedgehog to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The hedgehog was purchased in the last 30 days.
The hedgehog is returned in its original shipping packaging.
The following hedgehogs cannot be returned:
Hedgehogs that are custom-selected or specifically personalized.
Hedgehogs that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, such as those that deteriorate rapidly.
Hedgehogs that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
Hedgehogs that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any hedgehog that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning a Hedgehog:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the hedgehog to us. Please send the hedgehog to the following address:
We cannot be held responsible for hedgehogs damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to process a refund without actual receipt of the hedgehog or proof of return delivery.
Gifts:
If the hedgehog was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned hedgehog is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the hedgehog wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
